General Terms and Conditions (GTC) - Mozart Event Group
Scope of application These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services, offers and ticket sales of the Mozart Event Group in connection with events, shows and other offers.
Conclusion of contract The contract is concluded when a ticket is booked or purchased via our website, via partner platforms or on site. By completing the booking, the customer accepts these GTC.
Tickets and price All prices quoted include statutory value added tax, unless otherwise stated. Tickets are generally non-exchangeable and non-returnable, except in the event of cancellation or significant change to the event.
Changes and cancellations of events The Mozart Event Group reserves the right to change or cancel events for organisational or technical reasons. In the event of cancellation, the ticket price will be refunded or, if possible, an alternative date will be offered.
Admission and participation Admission to the event is only possible with a valid ticket. The Mozart Event Group reserves the right to refuse admission to persons if security or organisational reasons so require.
Liability Participation in events is at your own risk. The Mozart Event Group is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent behaviour, to the extent permitted by law.
Image and sound recordings Photographs and video recordings may be made at events. These may be used for marketing and documentation purposes.
Data protection Personal data will be processed exclusively in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
Applicable law Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permitted by law – the registered office of the Mozart Event Group.
Final provisions Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
